Relationships & Family-of-Origin Stress
Therapy available in-person in Manhattan and virtually across New York.
It’s Complicated.
Relationships can be messy whether it’s family, a romantic partner, friends, or just trying to figure out who you gel with. With life moving at classic NYC speed… fast, loud, slightly unhinged, trying to balance career, family issues, and your own growth can feel impossible.
You’re not stuck.
Picture navigating it all without dread or guilt. You’re setting boundaries without anxiety, enjoying reconnecting where it’s possible, and finally feel grounded in your own identity.
Life doesn’t have to be about constantly managing everyone else or ignoring the wounds you carry—you can build joy, stability, and authentic connections while staying true to yourself.
Emotional resilience, clarity, and the confidence to live life on your terms?
Why me?
I practice psychodynamic/psychoanalytic therapy, and psychoanalysis as well as art therapy, to help you understand patterns, process old wounds, and create healthier ways of relating. I’m direct, warm, and some say, a little funny… because tough conversations are easier with some comedic relief.
I’ll give you the tools, guidance, and support to navigate complicated relationships and make choices that feel good for you.
